Automatic reports create an Excel file including the complete overview of statistics for last month. Automatic report is generated the day after the end of a period (see Start of period in the table below) at 12:00.

List of automatic report destination provides basic overview of all defined reports. From this page you can add new report, edit or delete created reports or generate them.




Automatic report - Settings


Configuration of automatic report:

  • Title - report name
  • Start of period - the day in month on which the automatic reports will start and end (for example from 5th January to 5th February)
  • Recipient - email addresses where shall be the report sent. More email addresses shall be separated by comma.
  • E-mail subject - subject of email sent to users with generated report.
  • E-mail body  - body of email sent to users with generated report
  • Localization - localization of the Excel file

Filter - definition of filter for with will be the report created. Administrator can limit the report by user, department, device and location.
