OptimiDoc configuration page contains all required settings. Complete setting is spitted to areas and to open the settings click on the selected area name.




Scan configuration

- HTTP delivery - enable delivery of scanned document via HTTP(s) protocol. Recommended settings.


- Maximal count of parallel tasks - amount of parallel process of OCR Engine.


- FTP configuration (is used only in case of disabled HTTP delivery):

  • Login - account login
  • Password - account password
  • Server - IP address or domain name
  • Port - port number
  • Path - path on FTP server
  • Local path - local path to selected folder on FTP server. It required to add full control right to this folder for IIS_IUSRS.


FTP server is used for documents delivery from devices to OptimiDoc server.




E-mail configuration

E-mail configuration is used for sending notification emails to administrator or user.

Server - SMTP server IP address and domain name

  • Port - SMTP server port number
  • Ssl - Enable or disable ssl
  • Sender - email address from which will be the email sent
  • Administrator's email - administrator's notification email for alerts or other information
  • Login - SMTP account login
  • Password - SMTP account password



Personalization

Section personalization offers the options for user interface modification.

Color - change the color of buttons in embedded user interface.

  • Custom logo - image which will be displayed on terminal. REcomended file type is gif and size 100x100 px.



Print configuration

Section print configuration defines the management of print jobs in OptimiDoc.

  • Hold jobs after print for - defines how long well be kept print jobs in OptimiDoc after printout for reprint. In case of 0 value the documents are deleted immediately after the jobs is sent to printer.
  • Hold unprinted jobs for - defines how long well be kept unprinted jobs in OptimiDoc. In case of 0 value the documents are not deleted.
  • Regular expression for extraction of login
  • Use two phase analyzer - option for accounting of print jobs on network devices. If this option is enabled the accounting information are double check by the information from the preview generator.
  • Use project accounting - enables the accounting of print to projects



Authentication

Conversion of card number - used if the card number read by the card reader differs from the one assigned to the user.

Conversion of card number

  • Enter an example of a card number read by a reader into the Input text field.
  • Enter a card number assigned to the user into the Output text field.
  • click Evaluate
