Standard reports provide basic overview of print, copy and scan operations.



Filtering options


To display specific informations you can use the filter options.


  • User - filter by selected user
  • Department - filter by selected department
  • Device - filter by selected device
  • Location - filter by selected location
  • Project - filter by selected project
  • Dates
    • From - starting date for statistics
    • To - end date for statistics
  • Display for -  statistic allocation by location, device, user, department and days


To apply the filter Click on button .


Export

Statistic can be exported to Excel, Word or PDF by Click on buttons at top left table corner.


Sorting


Table could be sorted by columns. To change the sorting Click on name of column.
