Deactivation of old license is required for new license generation. To remove old license there are necessary two steps:

  1. ABBYY FineReader Engine license removal
  2. OptimiDoc license removal



ABBYY FineReader Engine license removal

For deactivation is necessary the Internet connection.


1. Go to <optimidoc_folder>\OCR\Bin and start LicenseManage.exe

2. Select the license to deactivate

3. Right click on license and select Deactivate

4. Confirm the deactivation by Click on next

5. Deactivation succeeded.




OptimiDoc license removal


1. Go to  <optimidoc_install>\WebApp\App_Data\License

2. Delete *.lic files
