Rules
Rules allows the OptimiDoc administrator to define conditions and actions for defined operations. With such rules you can force BW printing for selected department or jobs.
Current rules can be started during the authentication and print process.

Rules list
Administrator can see the list of created rules in Rules section of administrative web interface.

New rule
To create a new rule click on the
button in the corresponding category regarding to rule type. Then define a rule name, conditions and actions. Each rule can contain multiple conditions and actions.

Edit rule
To edit selected rule click on the
button.
Remove rule
To remove selected rule click on the
button.
