If the scan application in Konica Minolta brand devices don't work, follow the steps below:


  1. Open OptimiDoc WebApp
  2. Go to Device -> Devices
  3. Edit Konica Minolta device by the edit button.
  4. Type "Scan4.00" in the field "Model", next to the current Model details - see the picture below.
  5. Save the settings
  6. Reinstall OptimiDoc on MFP through OptimiDoc WebApp in Devices section.
