Mailbox (Email) print connector periodically downloads emails from the mailbox and sends them to the print queue of users identified based on email addresses. Emails with attachments are stored as separate documents in print jobs.

Guest printing allows printing to guests with a new email address. If OptimiDoc does not recognizes the email address in the active list of users, then it automatically creates a new account with predefined parameters and sends back a PIN for user authentication. Such user can login to device and realize operations based on predefined rights.

Server - IP address or domain name of mail server
Port - server port number
Use SSL - enable/disable SSL
Login - login name for mailbox/domain user
Password - password for mailbox/domain user
Allow guests - enable guest printing
email subject - subject of email which will be sent to guest with info about created PIN
email body - body of email message. To place the PIN number please use parameter {0}
Account expiration - definition of account validity period
Assign to department - definition of department where guest account will be assigned
