Configure Print all feature after login
Overview
With "Print all" user can print all jobs in Waiting folder after logging in on Terminal Embedded.
"Print all" value can be set:
by user on Terminal Embedded
login screen (Konica Minolta, Sharp, Ricoh, Toshiba)
after logging in (Xerox, Fuji Xerox)
by administrator in System Settings
by setting print-all-button and print-all-button-default-value
by administrator in Device edit for each device separately
Global configuration
1 | Log in to the SafeQ Web Interface with sufficient rights to administer printers (for example with user "admin") Go to System > System settings and set print-all-button property to
enabled .

2 | After saving the settings and restarting Terminal server, "Print all" buttons will be displayed on the terminal's login screen or displayed after login based on type of terminal.

Per device configuration
1 | Log in to the SafeQ Web Interface with sufficient rights to administer printers (for example with user "admin") Go to Devices > Printers and edit any device . Switch edit mode to Advanced and set "Print all button" option to specific value for the device. Following values are available:

2 | After saving the settings the terminal on the device will be reinstalled and changes will be applied.

Related properties
There are some other properties related to "Print all" functionality:
print-all-button-default-value - This option sets initial state of `Print all` button on authentication screen of embedded terminal. Default value is false.
printSharedJobs - If enabled, all normal and shared jobs are printed by `print all` command.
jobsAllSortOrder - The o rder of the printed jobs during "Print all" based on delivery date to YSoft SafeQ. You can set either print newest jobs first or last.
maxPrintAllJobs - Maximum number of jobs printed with "Print all".
