Incompatible jobs at the HP printer

Send a few jobs to the SafeQ system.

Log in to the Embedded Terminal: Log in and log out at the HP printer and navigate to job list: Select jobs to print at the HP printer.

If you have incompatible jobs, they will be marked with red cross. You cannot print incompatible jobs.

As displayed on the picture below, the printer supports only BW prints, thus the color print jobs are incompatible and it is not possible to print them.

NOTE: It is possible that another printer supports such kind of your print jobs (depends on the administrator settings for each printer). Therefor it is recommended to try another printer in your company and repeat the steps above. 

NOTE: Depending on the configuration of SafeQ, the incompatible jobs may not be visible for you on the Embedded Terminal.
