Known limitations of YSoft SafeQ Embedded Terminal for Samsung
When NLB is utilized, devices can be installed only when a single NLB node is running (i.e. Status=Converged, other NLB nodes must be stopped) and device must be installed on the respective node.
When a job containing different sizes of paper is printed in duplex, the device will account each sheet (except the last one) as having been printed on both sides (e.g. job containing small and a large page will be accounted as two small pages and one large page).
YSoft SafeQ Embedded Terminal for Samsung does not support display flipping.
Sometimes YSoft SafeQ Embedded Terminal icon disappears from a screen (e.g: user screen) where it was moved from default place XOA applications. It happens only on devices where it is possible to move icons from place to place.
During installation of YSoft SafeQ Embedded Terminal the authentication method is set to Device Authentication. This setting remains set on device after uninstallation of YSoft SafeQ Embedded Terminal.
Automatic job building when scanning from the glass is not supported.
The terminal might not work properly if the MFD certificate validation is enabled (configuration option enableMfdServerCertificateValidation).
