Setting access rights to scan workflows

Overview

In order for scan workflows to appear on embedded terminal screens, you must set access rights to the workflows - users cannot use scan workflows that you have not set access rights for.

Access rights do not apply in conjunction with hardware terminals.

Configuration

1

Log in to the SafeQ Web Interface with sufficient rights to administer printers (for example, "admin")

Go to Rules > Scan workflows access. On this page, you can create and modify access rights to scan workflows that you have defined. (See Managing scan workflows.) Access rights can be sorted based on Scan workflow name and by User role.
